Our family went there for my son's birthday. We didn't tell them it was my son's birthday, but one of the staff members overheard and brought over a cookie & brownie for him for his birthday. The staff was so nice and kept checking on us to make sure everything was going well. We had a fantastic night and what great food too!!

Fantastic new location! We were very excited to come see and try out the new location, and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is big with a ton of seating inside and out. Great service as usual, too. The food was amazing! We ordered the Family Meal with pulled pork, brisket, ribs, corn casserole, and mac and cheese. Everything was delicious and so well made. It's worth the trip alone! You have to try all the sauces too - each one is uniquely good! The grounds are awesome, and I can't wait for it to all be built up. Sit outside to see the massive jumbo screen TV or watch people do the ropes course. Overall, excellent location with even better BBQ. Will definitely be back!

The food was outstanding. It seems like they really have it down to a science. They kept the line moving everybody got fed. Everybody at work there was extremely nice. I try a ton of the food items, and they were all great. My favorites were the corn and macaroni and cheese. Pulled pork for the meat. This whole establishment is set up to handle the whole family tons of seating outside inside. It seems like you can find a comfortable place to sit. You might have to wait a minute cause it was very busy. It would not deter me from coming back. There Was somebody walking around collecting any discarded items. You could really tell everything was handled with Care and everybody was extremely cleanly, and the facility was spotless, even for it being extremely packed on a Friday night. This place is extremely kids friendly with a ton of outdoor activities and provided a level of safety for the whole family. I would take my family back.

Managed to escape work and hit Caldwell's for lunch last week Thursday around noon. No line and plenty of staff to help you out if you're unfamiliar with the process. Personally, you can't go wrong with the General Patton (it's got everything!) but don't feel bad if you want to try it all! I highly recommend the corn casserole - I could eat a pint of just that! We've never tried any of the recreational things but it's nice to know there are distractions for the kids while enjoying a drink at one of the many bars.

I brought my entire family here yesterday and omg this place is AMAZING! From the food and service to the atmosphere everything was perfect. Whatever you get make sure to get the Mac and cheese on the side and don’t leave without some jerky! Seriously the best I’ve ever had!!

Food is excellent and even though it’s busy on weekends the line goes pretty fast. But the line can be massive at times! The food is worth it, tender meats and the baked potato is great! Love visiting Caldwells any chance I get.

This is my 2nd time eating at a Caldwell County BBQ location. This one is all about the taste of the food and entertainment! They are in the Pecons entertainment park. I think I will return for date night and maybe try the go certs and the assisted climbing! I have to reel this in a bit and get back to the great food. They have a full bar, plenty of outside seating. Check out the photos and let me know what you think when you check it out! This is my 3rd visit now and it just keeps getting better! I you love BBQ show up and enjoy!!!

Wow this place was a treat and is only going to get better. We went on a Saturday night and was expecting a crowd but there was a rodeo going on next door which made it even more packed. This place is fairly new but it is going to be a staple of the QC/Gilbert area. Had to stand in line for about 30 min before ordering but that is par for the course given the day/time. We ordered the Family of 4 Meal which is a great choice to get a little bit of everything for 55. Then you add on 2 fountain drinks, a couple of beers, some sausage links and left with a bill over 100. They add up quickly. All the meat was excellent. The Gold and Spicy sauces were a great addition and a must have. Lemon poppyseed coleslaw was new for me but I really enjoyed it. Nice change up from the traditional taste. Mac and cheese was green chili flavored and didn't disappoint. Overall a great place to enjoy some great food and explore the different activities to offer. Plus, with the construction of the newest building, this is a place you will want to bring the whole family.
